Avian Influenza Maps
These maps show the distribution of full length HA sequence data downloaded from the NCBI Influenza Virus resource 12 Nov 2012
The colouring of the maps is by the number of sequences in the data set, using the R maps library
The maps are for subtypes, H5N1, H9N2 and H6N1 - but these are not split into HPAI and LPAI
